Soul Work The Label acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional custodians of the land of which we work on; past, present and future. We respectfully acknowledge the traditional owners of the land where we come together each day, the people of the Wathaurong nation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Returns: All journals are carefully and individually checked and packaged. If returns are necessary, the customer must notify us of any faults or damages within 48 hours of receipt of the journal.
If not, it would be considered that the product was received in good condition and no returns or refunds will be accepted.
All return requests should be directed through our email and each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
Exchanges: We take great pride in quality-checking all our products before shipping them to our valued customers. Should you find your product to be faulty or damaged, we may allow for an exchange of the product for an identical journal if stock is available (alternatives may be offered).
The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to the exchange unless the damage or fault was on the company's part.
Shipping: We strive to ship orders within 2-3 business days subject to availability. This can be subject to delays in the case of new arrivals or unexpected circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified if there are any changes or delays to their orders.
Delivery: Our shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
Order cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If the customer wishes to cancel their order after it has been dispatched, they are responsible for return shipping costs and may only receive a refund for the product(s), not the initial shipping cost.
Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after they are delivered. We recommend having a secure location for package delivery.
Privacy: All customer information collected through the ordering process is solely to process the order. We do not sell or distribute customer information to any third parties.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
